Position Description
The goal of the HR Coordinator is to coordinate communications, engagement events, and performance management and assist with the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team. In addition to the accountabilities listed below, other projects and duties may be assigned.
Primary Accountabilities
HR Administration & Engagement
Oversee all personnel records and schedule audits to ensure proper employee documentation is at-hand, secure, and compliant
Provide ad hoc support with paperwork and coordination across various People Operations needs, such as employee relations issues, communications, or other tasks, to ensure timely and effective handling of responsibilities
Manage end-to-end preparation and delivery of the company newsletter to keep the company informed and maximize engagement
Support organizational learning and engagement by managing the Coursera dashboard and other training platforms, and planning, managing, and implementing TeeTurtle’s monthly lunch-and-learn series
Performance Management & Employee Changes
Coordinate the end-to-end formal annual performance review process across all stages to deliver excellent customer service
Prepare and maintain all performance management documentation, including forms, folders, trackers, and sheets, to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and ease of use for all stakeholders
Conduct ad hoc pay analyses as needed, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, and providing recommendations based on market trends, internal equity, and organizational compensation structures
Partner with stakeholders to coordinate promotions and position/supervisory changes to ensure timely signature collection, filing, and updates across tools, systems, and access points
Team Accountabilities
Implement, update, and own all company policies, processes, procedures, folders, projects, SOPs, communications, and training materials in domains of accountability to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation
Plan collection of targeted, segmented employee feedback following all rollouts, POps pushes, project implementations, and other initiatives through focus groups, surveys, and other tools; schedule retrospective meetings to report results to support continuous improvement
Provide hands-on support for major People Operations rollouts to support successful execution
Maintain understanding of the company, organizational structure, and the work that teams do to ensure that the People Operations team delivers excellent customer service and communications that align with strategy and company calendar, and that are tailored to team and individual needs
Prepare and present quarterly reports, metrics, highlights, stakeholder feedback and key updates to People Operations in domains of accountability to keep the team informed and maintain alignment
Maintain up-to-date data and metrics in domains of accountability and report results, flag issues, and partner with POps leadership to make adjustments that support departmental excellence

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of equivalent experience (required)
Intermediate Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides (required)
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion (required)
Strong attention to detail, with a track record of maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables (required)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism (required)
Experience with HRIS system (strongly preferred)
Proficiency with Slack and Trello (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 + up to 10% bonus eligibility.
