Position Description 

The Digital Marketing & Brand Manager’s goal is to roadmap, plan, and execute omnichannel marketing across the TeeTurtle and Plushiverse brands. The role also includes community and influencer management, and implementing marketing strategies that drive organic growth and generate measurable returns.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Digital Marketing

    • Oversee paid advertising execution to ensure proper setup that maximizes advertising efficiency and create a cohesive end-to-end user experience

    • Utilize research and data to make strategic recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and increase return on investment

    • Adopt copy best practices through reviewing data and A/B testing to optimize digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and drive performance

    • Oversee organic social media planning and execution across TeeTurtle brands to maintain customer engagement

    • Oversee response strategy on all social platforms, both paid and organic, to maintain engagement with customers and increase ad reach

  • Branding

    •  Conduct brand-focused competitor research that aligns with our brand strategy across relevant sales channels, including marketing, website setup, copy, etc, and make recommendations to maintain marketing and brand competitiveness

    • Manage influencers and reviewers and tie them to the go-to-market strategy, product launches, and key partnerships across sales channels

    • Write copy across ads, social media, marketing & product copy, game blurbs, etc., to align with promotion and release schedules, highlight key features, and tailor messaging to audiences

    • Collect content and manage content strategy by executing video content and collecting content from our influencer network to highlight key product launches and promotions across our brands

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with the Creative and Graphic Design teams to ensure marketing visuals and campaign assets align with brand standards, campaign goals, and audience expectations across all digital touchpoints

    • Partner with the Sales team to align promotional campaigns with sales strategies and channel-specific opportunities to maximize conversion and sell-through

    • Work closely with the Licensing team to ensure all licensed product launches are accurately represented in marketing materials, meet licensor brand guidelines, and are supported with compelling storytelling

    • Maintain a quarter-ahead planning cadence for omni-channel marketing initiatives by collaborating with Sales, Product Development, and Creative teams to align on upcoming launches, promotions, and content needs across paid, organic, retail, and partner channels

  • Execution: Is attentive to details; completes tasks on time and with minimal mistakes; identifies roadblocks and risks that may impact successful accomplishment of accountabilities and actively looks for solutions

  • Delivering to Stakeholders: Understands stakeholders' goals; tailors work to achieve goals and drive results; knows when to ask questions to seek and maintain alignment; looks for appropriate solutions and recommendations to achieve stakeholders' goals

  • Adding Value: Proactively looks for ways to add value to the organization through process improvements, cost-cutting, and tech utilization in their domains of accountability


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Advertising (required)

  • Proficiency with Google Suite; E-commerce platform (ex. Shopify); Social Media Management/Scheduling platform (required)

  • Photography & Videography Experience (preferred)

  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 + up to 15% bonus eligibility.
