Position Description 

The goal of the Account Manager - Wholesale Games role is to manage our existing wholesale partners carrying Unstable Games branded items, discover and pursue new sales opportunities, and continually expand the reach of Unstable Games branded items to drive revenue. In addition to the accountabilities listed below, other projects and duties may be assigned.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify new partnership opportunities and secure placement to continue to expand our brand presence and drive revenue growth
    • Manage relationships with key specialty retail and distribution partners to drive sales and build positive business relationships that yield placements and new opportunities
    • Partner with the Supply Chain and Business Intelligence teams on forecasting and inventory planning to ensure the maintenance of appropriate Wholesale stock levels
  • Localization
    • Identify new partnership opportunities with a focus on our tabletop games in key international markets in order to expand market reach, brand awareness and drive revenue growth
    • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to negotiate new agreements to maintain TeeTurtle margin expectations while setting up partnerships for success
    • Partner with the Creative and Supply Chain teams to ensure localization projects are completed in a timely manner
    • Monitor all localization processes and ensure that any escalations are promptly addressed so that business relationships continue to develop positively
  • Brand Awareness
    • Identify marketing opportunities that drive sales and increase brand awareness and make recommendations to the Chief Revenue Officer for approval Assess available trade show events to determine high impact attendance opportunities that will drive brand and product awareness
    • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to determine booth setup and requirements for wholesale events and trade shows and communicate effectively cross-functionally to ensure all action items are completed by set deadlines
    • Travel to wholesale events and trade shows to positively represent TeeTurtle and Unstable Games to identify new wholesale partnership opportunities
  • Team Management
    • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and goal-setting to drive performance and engagement
    • Communicate business priorities, direction, and announcements with team to support organizational alignment
    • Partner with Director of Wholesale Sales and Licensing to conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly Wholesale team meetings, Sales Performance meetings, lessons learned meetings, and root cause analysis meetings to solve problems and drive improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • 5+ years of experience (required)
  • Experience in B2B CPG Sales (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
  • Self driven to find new opportunities for revenue growth (required)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
