We're TeeTurtle, a blossoming e-commerce company that provides nerdy t-shirts, adorable plushies, and epic card games to masses of adoring fans in over 50 countries. We work with major companies (including Disney, Star Wars, Marvel, and more) to create officially-licensed products and have established partnerships with some of the biggest names in retail today. We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to join our fast-paced wholesale team with the ability to prioritize and multitask successfully within all aspects of department functions.

The job expectations:

  • Track progress and troubleshoot issues for all wholesale accounts as orders flow through the sales pipeline

  • Liaise with other departments on shipping status of all wholesale purchase orders

  • Communicate with wholesale clients on a day to day basis and process all required vendor documentation as needed

  • Secure purchase orders from wholesale clients

  • Pitch new products and opportunities to relevant contacts

  • Maintain CRM with updated and accurate information

  • Discover and follow leads

  • Coordinate product samples

  • Negotiate pricing, shipping, and other terms with wholesale clients

  • Provide wholesale clients with product graphics, copy, and other marketing assets as needed

  • Coordinate with other departments to create sell sheets as needed

  • Schedule meetings and calls with wholesale clients, prepare meeting agendas, and email follow ups and action items

  • Consolidate weekly wholesale status reports for the CEO and wholesale department

  • Oversee any specific licensing or wholesale conventions

  • Liaise with other departments for any cross-promotional opportunities

  • Ensure deadlines are set and met when introducing a new product to a customer


The necessary qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in a related field

  • Enviable coordination and organization skills

  • Strong communication skills
